Bobby Moore
Bobby Moore graduated in 1976 from The University of Texas with a B.S. in Communications.
From there he went to work in Houston as an account executive in the commercial
film industry for several years.
After that, Bobby spent 23 years in office equipment distribution in Houston,
Dallas, and Austin specializing in high end/major accounts. He retired as
President of Denitech-Austin (formerly Tejas Business Systems) in 2001.
Bobby has spent the last 5 years investing in rural/ranch real estate around
Central Texas covering a 14 county area. His experiences have included ranch
revitalization in the forms of invasive plant removal, pond/water feature
construction, and brush control. These practices were put into place in order
to enhance property enjoyment and to optimize property value.
During this time Bobby has successfully converted numerous
properties to Wildlife Management Status. By doing this, the property
maintains it’s
ag tax exemption without requiring a cattle operation to be in place.
Bobby has also performed extensive research for all aspects of conservation
development
and has successfully negotiated the implementation of a conservation
easement on one of his properties.
Bobby and his wife Leigh have 2 children and reside in Austin, Texas.
